Accessing data using your copy of matlab

OPeNDAP allows one to give a application a url and have it directly download data. To read this data into matlab use 
loaddap('http://129.236.110.25/SOURCES/.UY/a:/.precipitacion/%5Btime/lat%5Daverage/:a:/.prec/%5Blat%5D0.0/minover/:a/min/dods')
