Accessing data using your copy of matlab

OPeNDAP allows one to give a application a url and have it directly download data. To read this data into matlab use 
loaddap('http://129.236.110.25/SOURCES/.CMC/.FCLIMDEX/.R10/%5BT%5Ddifferences/%5BT%5D0.0/maxover/%5BX+%5Drmsaover/dods')
