Accessing data using your copy of matlab

OPeNDAP allows one to give a application a url and have it directly download data. To read this data into matlab use 
loaddap('http://129.236.110.25/SOURCES/.BoM/.MJO/.v2p0/.RMM/phase/1+index/.phase/2+index/.amplitude/dods')
